ABOUT US
This site is built by two Japanese Administrative lawyers (Gyosei-shoshi lawyer), Hiroyuki Okazaki and Yoko Matsuda. Gyosei-shoshi lawyer is a license given by Japanese Government to make applications and to register with governments on behalf of clients. Okazaki and Matsuda have their own office in Okayama, Japan and are working together as business partners.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Japanese Government has tangled resident status (visa) systems to regulate activities of foreign people in Japan. We help foreign people through visa filing service. Our work enables non-Japanese to live safely with right status and human rights. Another important role is to help Japanese people who accept foreigners as their families, student s, business partners and friends

HIROYUKI OKAZAKI, Gyosei-shoshi lawyer
Okazaki, a president of Okazaki Management Consulting Office, has done visa consultation over 10 years and has done advising of China business over 20 years. The number of cases consulted by Okazaki is about 100 a year. Visa Clients are from various countries such as China, Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, Romania and Tunisia. Okazaki is also a board member of Okayama UNESCO Association and Board Chairperson of Mentor Net, which is a foreigners support organization in Okayama.

YOKO MATSUDA, Gyosei-shoshi Lawyer
Matsuda was born and grew up in Okayama. After taking B.A. in Law at Okayama University and M.A. in Management and Public Policy at Tsukuba University, Matsuda worked as a journalist for 10 years; 6 years working for the Sanyo Shimbun in Okayama and 4 years for the Nichi Bei Times in San Francisco, U.S.A. Based on the experience as a “alien” in the U.S., Matsuda does English consultation and translation.
